incompatible with 447 with factory Code C14 (higher clearance), XA5 (3200kg Max Weight) or CF8 (Sport Suspension) . These have a different swaybar which will clash. The skidplate could be modified (edge trimming) but then the transmission skidplate BLBT85B will no longer fit without modification
