Whether you need a reinforced front leaf spring or simply a replacement for your worn-out fiberglass leaf spring, we have the solution! The leaf spring is made of high-quality steel and is ideal for vans carrying around 1600-2000kg on the front axle.
NOTICE!
Before purchasing a replacement leaf spring, you must check the actual height of the front axle. To do this, measure how much of the shock absorber shaft protrudes from the front shock absorber while the vehicle is parked on a level surface with its normal load, and follow the instructions below. Failure to follow these steps may result in a loss of comfort and damage to the shock absorbers or other components.
Measuring the shaft protrusion from the front shock absorber:
- 80 mm or less: the front axle needs more height.
- 80–100 mm: intermediate range. Please contact us before placing your order.
- 100–120 mm: optimal height. Do not change anything!
- More than 120 mm: too much height! Reduce the height to keep the geometries within range.
