Fixed screw system with double centring and stud bolts

Our RaceTech discs differ from standard versions in terms of technology! RaceTech discs are made exclusively from EN AW 7075 aluminium alloy, which is used in the aerospace industry, making them even more resilient than our standard discs. In short: RaceTech discs are stronger than conventional wheel spacers!

Wheel spacers are a permanently bolted system with stud bolts and double centring. The wheel spacers are attached to the vehicle using the fastening materials supplied. The rim can then be attached to the stud bolts of the wheel spacer using the original wheel nuts.

No longer knurled bolts are required – in most cases, the system can therefore be used on a plug-and-play basis*. The wheel spacers are made from a special, high-strength aluminium-magnesium alloy.

*Observe requirements . For disc thicknesses under 30 mm, pocket holes of sufficient size may be necessary in the rims.
