The heavy duty spring is made of high quality steel and designed for vans with a front axle weight of over 2000kg. If your front axle is below 2000kg then have a look at our medium duty spring.

WARNING!

Before ordering a reinforced leafspring check the actual height of your front axle. With the van normally loaded and on a flat surface measure how much piston rod is sticking out of your front shock absorber and follow this guideline. Not doing so can cause loss of comfort and damage to your shock absorbers or other components.

Amount of piston rod sticking out:

• 80mm or less your front end needs some extra support: here this leaf spring will perfectly help!
• 80 - 100mm. You're just in between. Contact us before ordering.
• 100-120mm. You're at optimum height. Don't touch it!
• more than 120mm: too high! Reduce height to get geometry back into spec.
