Our heavy-duty wheel spacers differ from the normal versions in terms of technology! These discs are made exclusively from the EN AW 7075 aluminum alloy used in aerospace and are therefore even more resilient than our normal discs already are. In short: These HD discs are stronger than conventional wheel spacers!
It is a tightly screwed system with screw threads and double centering. The spacers are attached to the vehicle with the supplied fastening materials. The rim can then be attached to the threads of the wheel spacer using the original wheel bolts. Normally (depending on the rims and screw type) no longer wheel screws are required - in most cases the system can therefore be used 'plug and play'*. The spacers are made from a special, high-strength aluminium-magnesium alloy.

When installing spacers with a thickness of 20mm, a maximum screw-in depth of 18mm for the wheel bolts in the wheel spacers must not be exceeded!
